Click to connect to our credit card processor. Stripe is a third-party PCI compliant credit card processing service. When your customers make a purchase Stripe securely processes the transaction and then deposits the funds directly to your bank account. Create a product or a subscription. Products are files your customers buy and download. Subscriptions are recurring charges (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions can be used to sell access to protected content and / or sell access to bundles of products. Copy and paste the link onto your website. Customers then click the link and purchase your product or subscription. We also have an optional pre-built integration for WordPress (with shared sign in).

Answers to some common questions

What does Memberful cost?

2% per successful charge. We believe in simple pricing. No monthly fees or paying for extra features. You're only charged when you earn money.

It's important to note Stripe also charges a 2.9% + .30¢ per transaction fee (separate from Memberful) to process your customer's credit cards and deposit funds to your bank account. Pricing example: Your customer purchases a $20 product through Memberful, Stripe deposits $18.72 to your bank account.

Who are you?

We started The Theme Foundry five years ago. We became frustrated with the options for selling our WordPress themes and decided to build our own solution. Memberful has already successfully processed thousands of transactions and we depend on it everyday to run our business. We're a Memberful customer just like you.

Do you have any examples?

As mentioned above, The Theme Foundry has been powered by Memberful for over a year. It's a great example of a customized Memberful site integrated with WordPress. Click through the purchase links on the theme product pages to see a customized checkout.

We also have a demo product checkout and subscription checkout available. Test the checkout flow using 4242424242424242 for the credit card number (you may also use Stripe testing codes). Any three numbers will work for the security code. If you'd like to test the administration area send us an email.

Do you support any other payment processors?

No. We don't plan to support additional payment processors at this time.

Will you help me move from my current software?
